KAEINI Shipping Policy

At KAEINI, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following shipping details to understand our practices.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours after receiving payment, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options at checkout, depending on your location and preferences. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Product Packaging

Our deskmats are shipped in their original product packaging, carefully protected within a custom KAEINI deskmat shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Apparel and accessories are packaged to protect them during transit, with additional protective materials used for more delicate items like stickers.

Shipping Insurance

All of our shipments are insured to safeguard against damages or loss during transit. Although KAEINI is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping, we will work closely with you to submit an insurance claim with the shipping provider and ensure you receive a replacement product.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in submitting a claim to the carrier for the damaged product and arrange for a replacement.
  • Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your package is lost during transit, we will collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. After submitting a claim and its approval, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows provided, KAEINI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select countries. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply based on your country’s regulations, and are the responsibility of the customer. International delivery times may vary based on customs processing in the destination country.
