At KAEINI, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand our terms.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, particularly our limited-run deskmats, we do not currently offer refunds. Each deskmat is produced in small, exclusive batches, making exchanges or refunds challenging. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged based on buyer’s remorse or preference changes.
Issue Resolution
While we do not offer a blanket refund policy, we are committed to working with our customers to address any issues that may arise. If there is a problem with your order or a defect with the product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a resolution, such as a replacement or exchange, is possible.
However, please note that we make no promises of refunds or exchanges. The possibility of resolving an issue will depend on the nature of the problem and product availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Shipping Policy for guidance on submitting a claim through the shipping provider. We will work with you and the carrier to ensure the issue is resolved, which may include sending a replacement product if available.
Shipping Costs for Returns
In the rare case that a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, KAEINI may cover the return shipping costs. For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items such as apparel or stickers may be ineligible for returns or exchanges once opened or used. Limited-edition and sale items are also not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
